SunCoChem research presented at European Microscopy Congress 2024 by IIT partner
The SunCoChem project was presented at the European Microscopy Congress 2024, held from August 25 – 30, in Copenhagen, Denmark. EMC is the Europe’s largest event dedicated to microscopy and imaging.
Angelica Chiodoni, project partner from the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), participated in a session on nanoparticles and catalyst with a talk titled “Operando TEM Studies of Cu2O/SnO2 -Re catalyst during CO2 reduction reaction with optimized liquid flow configuration”. The presentation highlighted the innovative operando techniques used to study the behavior of a catalyst during CO2 reduction reactions, with a focus on optimizing liquid flow configurations for enhanced performance.
The work is the result of collaborative efforts within SunCoChem’s consortium, which includes partners from Eurecat, project’s coordinator, along with Laurentia Technologies and Politecnico di Torino.
The EMC 2024, hosted by SCANDEM and organised in collaboration with the PCO MCI Nordics, brought together researchers, scientists, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, present cutting-edge research, and discuss innovations in microscopy and imaging.
