D7.4 Second risk management report - Executive Summary

The aim of this deliverable is to update the evolution of the initial set of identified risks that were included in D7.3 “First Risk Management Report”, and to report the identification of new risks arisen since M18. This includes risk identification, assessment of its impact and probability of its occurrence, and the mitigation/contingency actions.
