D7.1 – Project HandBook: Administration toolset and Quality Plan – Executive Summary

The purpose of this document is to act as a common reference for all project consortium members throughout the entire project duration to enable successful collaborative work and deliver high quality project results. The Project quality plan defines the acceptable level of quality and describes how the Project will ensure this level of quality in its deliverables and work processes. The deliverable intends to be a manual with detailed instructions and templates for the edition of the different deliverables and compliance with the reporting obligations, including the design of the project identity, as well as an internal reference with the technical requirements for the assessment, evaluation and mitigation of quality issues.
