D6.3 First Innovation Management Outcomes Analysis - Executive Summary

To achieve the aim of ensuring the proper management of innovation and to support innovation culture within the consortium, an innovation management task was considered (task 6.5). To do so EURECAT innovation experts prepared a methodology that consisted of a first partners’ assessment in terms of innovation, initial diagnosis of the Consortium state of innovation and the organisation of hands-on innovation management workshops alongside each General Consortium. The first addresses the issue of whether project partners are implementing innovation processes aligned with their strategies. At all times, EURECAT experts expect to provide first line advice services to assist project partners on topics such as lean innovation, business modelling or boosting their internal culture of innovation.

The present deliverable contains a further explanation of the innovation management task, a brief introduction to the European Innovation context and the results to the initial diagnosis of the state of innovation within the consortium. In addition, the methodology followed during the first workshop is explained as also, the next steps and conclusions regarding future workshops and deliverables.
