D6.10 Final Innovation Management Outcomes Analysis - Executive Summary
Aiming to explore and exploit the potential benefits posed by an efficient management of SunCoChem, one specific task in the project is dedicated towards innovation management (T6.5), aimed to effectively manage project achievements and foster an innovation-driven culture within the consortium. To accomplish this task, a methodology was designed and implemented under the leadership of an innovation expert from EUT. This methodology encompassed an initial partner assessment focused on innovation and idea generation, a diagnostic evaluation of the Consortium's innovation capabilities, and the organization of hands-on innovation management workshops.
Specifically, a description of the main activities is included consisting of the partner assessment (evaluation aimed to determine what is the situation of consortium partners with respect to its ability to innovate). Based on the information gathered in the questionnaires, EUT undertook the initial diagnosis. This diagnosis identified a few opportunities to improve existing innovation management practices within the consortium and was conducted to craft workshops towards partners’ specific needs.
Finally, conclusions of the activities undertaken, and its impact, are included.
